Pursuant to Article 21(2) of the GDPR, you also have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for marketing purposes.
If you have consented to the sending of commercial information electronically (e.g. via e-mail, SMS, etc.), you have the right to withdraw your consent. You also have the right to data portability, i.e., to receive your personal data from the Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. - Types of cookies
The warsaw-hygse.pl online store uses two types of cookies:
– session cookies – remain on the user’s device until they leave the website or close the web browser;
– persistent cookies – remain on the user’s device for a specified period of time or until manually deleted by the user. Using cookie technology, the Website only collects anonymous statistical data about users to improve the user experience and minimize the impact of advertising. The Service Provider does not collect any data identifying Users as individuals or customers.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
- The Privacy Policy is constantly reviewed and updated as necessary.
- The change to the Privacy Policy comes into effect on the date of its publication on the website – each user of the website will be informed about the change to the Privacy Policy by e-mail.
- Changes to the Privacy Policy may result from, among others (but not limited to): changes in legal regulations, introduction of a new functionality on the website, introduction of a new product, new processing purpose, need to share personal data with a new entity – partner or supplier.

- If a change to the Privacy Policy results from a change in legal provisions, the change shall apply to the user from the moment the amended Privacy Policy is published on the website or from the entry into force of the legal provision.
- If a change to the Privacy Policy concerns the rules for the processing of the user’s personal data, which are processed for the purpose of performing a contract for the provision of services by electronic means under the Regulations, each change requires the user’s acceptance (in accordance with the rules for changing the provision of services under the Regulations).
- Organizational, technical, editorial, and stylistic changes, as well as changes to the Administrator’s data, including contact details, shall come into effect on the date of publication of the amended Privacy Policy on the website, of which the user will be informed in accordance with point 2 above.
