INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR HYGSE.PL CUSTOMERS
The Controller of your personal data is Klarta Poland EU, a limited liability company, with its registered office in Warsaw (01-625), at 37/58 Adama Mickiewicza Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000972396, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5252902727, National Business Registry Number (REGON) 521614888 (hereinafter referred to as the ” Controller “).
The Administrator can be contacted electronically via a message sent to the e-mail address: bozena@warsaw-hygse.pl, by telephone at +48 22 125 51 74 ( call charges apply) or in writing to the address of the Administrator’s registered office.
Your data may be processed for the purpose of:
- Performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services (Account, Newsletter) on the website (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR),
- taking actions at the Customer’s request related to the conclusion of the contract and the implementation of the concluded purchase and sale contract, including the processing of payments, delivery and information on the order status (in the form of an SMS message and/or e-mail) (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR),
- making online purchases without registering a Customer account, including making online payments, sending information about the order status (in the form of an SMS and/or e-mail) (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);
- fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, in particular those related to accounting and taxes and for archiving purposes (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR);
- sending marketing content via a communication channel to which the Customer has voluntarily consented, i.e. via e-mail to the provided e-mail address and/or via text message and/or by phone to the provided telephone number, in order to present commercial offers and send personalized information about the Controller’s products and services – on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR);
- adapting and developing the functionality of the websites, including their structures and content, to the Customer’s needs, creating aggregated statistics and maintaining the security and quality of the services provided by the websites – based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR);
- pursuing or securing claims, delivering the purchase to a third party (other than the buyer) and maintaining the security and quality of the services provided, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR);
- consideration and execution of a complaint or other Customer notification (e.g. in connection with planned purchases of goods or purchased goods) is based on the performance of the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR) or the legitimate interest of the Controller (in the case of providing data of a third party (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
Your personal data may be made available to entities handling product shipments on behalf of the controller, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, state administration bodies, if required by law, and other entities authorized to receive them under applicable law. Furthermore, your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller, including IT service providers based in Poland or the EEA, documentation archiving service providers, and law firms.
You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of its processing. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f), you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. In particular, you have the right to object to the processing of data for direct marketing and profiling purposes.
To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The Administrator will cease processing data used for direct marketing purposes if you object to the processing of your data for these purposes, while in the case of processing for the purpose of determining your requirements and needs in the field of insurance protection and presenting proposals for insurance contracts, considering complaints and establishing, pursuing or defending against claims, the data will be stored for the limitation period for claims.
To the extent that your data is processed based on consent or the performance of a contract, you also have the right to data portability, i.e., to receive your personal data from the controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may transmit this data to another controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area.
Providing your personal data is voluntary for direct marketing purposes regarding the Administrator’s services. Providing personal data to determine your requirements and needs regarding insurance coverage and to present insurance contract proposals is voluntary, but necessary for the Administrator to prepare an appropriate insurance offer. Providing your personal data for the purpose of processing a complaint is voluntary, but necessary for the Administrator to respond to the complaint.
