  • Refund upon withdrawal from the contract

If you are an Individual Customer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal, e.g., using the form provided by the Seller: LINK . Please attach the completed and printed returns form to the returned device.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days* The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract covering multiple goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts, from the taking possession of the last goods, batch or part.


From May 9, 2025 , a promotion is in effect regarding an extended return period. Customers may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the purchased goods. We reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.


 

After withdrawing from the contract, the product must be returned to us immediately to the following address: Klarta/Omnipack, Al. Katowicka 66, bud DC04 rampa 40, 05-830 Nadarzyn, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract. 

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

The refund will be made by the Seller immediately after we receive and verify the product, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • PLEASE NOTE! The product must be returned in a clean and dry condition, with no visible signs of use, and fully complete, i.e., with all original accessories included at the time of purchase. If any product (including its accessories) is incomplete, damaged, or worn, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund and deduct an appropriate amount from the refund due, i.e., the cost of replacing the product with a new one or the cost of restoring the product to its original condition.

When shipping the product, please properly package the product with all accessories and prepare it for pickup by the courier. We recommend shipping the product in its original packaging. The product must be secured for transport (wrapped in foil or cardboard). Failure to adequately secure the device may result in damage during transport and the inability to withdraw from the contract.

  • Complaints

If you discover a defect in a product purchased in the hygse.pl store that existed at the time of delivery or was discovered within two years of receiving the product, you have the right to file a complaint, e.g. using the LINK form . 

After completing and submitting the complaint form, the request will be processed by our technical department. You will receive confirmation of your complaint via email at the address provided in the form. Our technical department will contact you as soon as possible. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. The response will include all information regarding the shipment of the product(s) subject to the complaint.

Do not send the product yourself. Detailed information regarding the next steps in the complaint process will be sent to you via email after completing and submitting the form (complaints are processed door-to-door). 

If you do not specify the basis for your complaint, your product will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you intend to use the warranty, you have the right to have the product replaced, have the existing defect repaired, have the price reduced, or withdraw from the contract. In the case of a repairable defect, we will first repair or replace the product with a defect-free one. 

The Seller will review the complaint promptly, no later than 14 days from the date the complaint is submitted. If the complaint is accepted and the product is repaired, the repair will take place within 30 days from the date the complaint is reviewed.

You may exercise your rights under the warranty or guarantee independently.

Failure to properly secure the product may result in damage during transport and may result in the inability to process a claim.
